Azertex provides strategic web design, brand identity, and related digital services according to project scope agreed in writing.
2. Project Communication
All project requirements, revisions, timelines, and approvals are managed through direct communication channels agreed with the client.
3. Payments and Deliverables
Deliverables, milestones, and payment terms are defined per project proposal. Work begins and continues according to agreed payment conditions.
4. Intellectual Property
Final approved deliverables are transferred according to contract terms. Azertex retains ownership of internal methods, frameworks, and reusable production systems.
5. Liability
Azertex provides services professionally and in good faith but is not liable for indirect losses, third-party platform changes, or outcomes outside agreed scope.
6. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. The latest published version is the applicable version.
